Answer: You DO NOT need a PayPal account to purchase from this store. There are guidelines/directions on the PayPal website to assist you in sending a payment WITHOUT having an actual PayPal account.

3) Do you ship INTERNATIONALLY?

Answer: YES! We ship EVERYWHERE. Shipping costs vary depending on your location. Please inquire within for the cost to ship to your location.

4) What shipping method(s) do you use?

Answer: We use FedEx as our shipping provider. Fed Ex is "HANDS DOWN" the most RELIABLE method of shipping. We occasionally ship thru the United States Postal Service, but we realized that it takes VERY LONG for those clients to receive orders, so we ship thru the USPS BY REQUEST ONLY (for those who are VERY patient, and would like to keep their shipping costs down). FedEx has IMPECCABLE service, so it's worth the money. NOTE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS VARY DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION. Please inquire within for quotes.

5) How long does it take for orders to ship?

Answer: Orders usually take 2-4 weeks to ship. Some items are already in stock, but most are MADE-TO-ORDER. Bulk orders may take longer, depending on the volume of that order. In that case, the client will be notified by email.

6) Am I limited to the items on this website?

Answer: YOU ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ITEMS ON THIS SITE. We specialize in making custom apparel/accessories of ANY KIND. If you have your OWN design in mind, please submit a photo of your design choice, and you will receive an email with the cost, and estimated production time. Your measurements will be requested. LAST MINUTE orders will COST MORE.

7) Does your company do wholesale orders?

Answer: YES! The Jaesyn Burke Couture Collection does wholesale for retail companies. Please inquire within for product requests/wholesale prices.

8) What is your Return Policy?

Answer: Since all Jaesyn Burke Couture merchandise is CUSTOMIZED, returns are accepted for an EXCHANGE for items of the SAME EXACT VALUE. Returns MUST be received within a 7-Day period (unused, undamaged, unworn, and in it's original packaging. The client PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING, and NO new items will be shipped until the return arrives, and is THOROUGHLY INSPECTED.
